Summer is upon us, which means it is pool season!

Whether you are headed to a neighbor’s backyard, the community pool, or a resort on vacation, make sure your pool bag is packed with these must-haves.

Here are our CityMoms’ pool bag essentials:

1. UV exposure stickers

You will never forget to reapply sunscreen with these stickers that remind you when it’s time to protect against UVs again. CityMom Jeanine vows these are “magical!”

2. Pool chair towel clips

Keep your lounge chair comfy and towel in place with these cute clips for any pool chair.

3. Mineral sunscreen powder

A new favorite of theCityMoms - quickly and easily dust on this SPF powder for a quick touch-up without greasy lotion!

4. Cooler backpack

This stylish backpack can hold all the food and drinks you need for a pool day - or anywhere else you go this summer. It also includes a pocket for small essentials and even a bottle opener.

5. Wet bag

Give the swim diapers a place to go and save the inside of your pool bag with a lined wet bag. Got bigger kids? It’s still handy for wet suits of any size!

6. Goggles

You literally cannot have enough of these. Buy an extra pair. You know you will need it.

A great book is needed in any pool bag:

7. Diving treasures

Diving rings got an upgrade. Dive for treasure instead!

8. Reusable snack bags

Arguably, the most important thing to pack for the pool: Snacks. Keep them organized in reusable bags that you can rinse and use for another great day.

9. Bluetooth speaker

A great day needs a great soundtrack. Play your own tunes out of portable, waterproof Bluetooth speakers.

10. First Aid Kit Mini

Be prepared for whatever the day may bring, be it skinned knees, splinters, bee stings, or a headache for you.

11. A good hat

Feel good about protecting your own skin while looking chic, too. This hat is easily tossed in a bag and keeps your face clear from rays.

13. Waterproof cards

Wait out adult swim or have kiddos rest their legs with a card game in the shade.

14. Portable charger

Don’t let a dead phone cut your pool day short. Bring along a portable charger.
